LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You are responsible and will be charged

the full retail cost of any item(s) lost or

damaged so we can replace them for the

next lovely bride. This is 2.5x the rental

cost. Please make sure you delegate

someone to have your invoice to

reference for counts on items and collect

your rentals at the end of your wedding

day, as you don’t want your friends or

family taking them home to keep on

accident…as these are rentals. We don’t

like surprises, so we kind of must

mention this policy, just like many rental

companies outline.

 

TRAVEL & DROP OFF:

Mileage is calculated to your event

location. You receive 30 miles free from

the total of miles and every additional

mile after is $2. We’re based out of

Vernon, NJ 07462

 

RETURNING RENTALS

We can arrange to pick up the silk floral

rentals at a location and date, or we can

send you a prepaid return label along

with a cardboard box for easy shipping.
